New Star Hotel has opened a restaurant
The New Star Hotel has opened a restaurant on the shores of Lake Yamanaka, called Denden, where visitors from overseas can enjoy true Japanese cuisine in luxurious surroundings.
The restaurant is three kilometers from Yamanakako Interchange on Fujigoko Road and has parking for 10 large
tour buses.

With its perfect location on the lakeshore, Denden offers ideal access to sightseeing areas.

Four upper photographs are lunch menus for foreign tours. Please reserve the order beforehand.

The spacious dining room seats 130.
Denden's sumptuous cuisine is prepared with heaps of fresh seafood, including a assorted sashimi platter prepared by the chef. Reservations are required.
The hot-pot dinners offer the home-style cooking of Yamagata Prefecture, arranged with an urban flair.
Five types of hot-pot dinners are available, including our famous Hoto-nabe pot that is loaded with fresh crab.
And Denden has plenty of other tempting choices, like udon noodles, eel skewers, set menus of tempura and other traditional Japanese dishes, minced steak on a bed of rice and even wagyu steaks grilled on volcanic stone from
Mount Fuji.
Denden's lunch menu includes its original lunch of fresh Japanese eel. Both the lunch and dinner menus are extensive.
We hope you'll come visit us soon. For reservations or more information, please call 0555-20-2722 in Japan, or from overseas dial your international dialing code then 81-555-20-2722.
